Changes!

brian-mistyHappy New Year.  We partied until 6 a.m. with friends and family!

 Yesterday, 1/6/09 we went to the YMCA to work out. It was great! I have lost 45 lbs so far and feeling great! I missed my New Years goal of 50 lbs, but 5 lbs away is a success in my opinion. On a sad note, tonight will be the last time I see my neices Heather Ann and Skylar for a year, because their Dad, who’s in the ARMY, is being transferred to New Jersey. theisshagan-2008-a-46 You will be missed! I love those guys!
